Some common anorectal conditions include hemorrhoids, anal fistulas, and pilonidal sinuses (also called "pilonidal sinuses" or "pilonidal cysts"). These diseases all involve the anus and rectum, affect the patient's quality of life, and sometimes have similar symptoms, such as pain and discharge. Let's take a closer look at their characteristics.
Hemorrhoids refer to varicose veins or abnormally enlarged blood vessels in the anorectal area, usually accompanied by pain, bleeding, itching or a foreign body sensation. The occurrence of hemorrhoids is related to many factors, such as long-term sitting, constipation, poor diet, obesity, stress, etc.
1. Hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids are swellings caused by dilation of blood vessels and veins in the anus and rectum. They can be divided into internal hemorrhoids (located inside the rectum), external hemorrhoids (located outside the anus), and mixed hemorrhoids (a combination of internal and external hemorrhoids) according to their location. The symptoms of hemorrhoids vary depending on the severity of the disease, including bleeding, swelling, pain, itching, and foreign body sensation. Common causes include constipation, prolonged sitting or standing, and poor eating habits. Mild hemorrhoids can be relieved by improving diet and lifestyle. In severe cases, surgical treatment may be required, such as traditional surgery, rubber band ligation, or laser treatment.
2.Anal fistula is an abnormal infection channel formed near the anus or rectum, usually due to anal gland infection or abscess that has not been completely cured, causing the infection to spread and form a fistula. Anal fistula patients often experience symptoms such as anal pain, discharge, pus, and itching, and repeated fistula infections and pus exudation seriously affect their lives. Anal fistulas often require surgical treatment, such as traditional incision or minimally invasive laser ablation (FiLaC), to completely remove infected tissue and promote fistula closure.
3. Pilonidal sinus
Pilonidal sinus (or pilonidal sinus) is an infectious lesion of the skin and subcutaneous tissue in the coccyx or sacral region, often presenting in adolescence or young adults. The cause of its formation is not fully understood, but is usually related to embedded hair in the skin, prolonged sitting, skin friction, and moisture. The main symptoms of pilonidal sinus include localized pain, redness, discharge, and even abscess formation. Treatment mainly involves surgical removal of the affected area, and in severe cases, surgical excision and drainage, sometimes combined with laser therapy to promote healing.
4. The principle of fistula laser ablation FiLaC uses tiny laser fibers to penetrate deep into the fistula and use laser heat energy to directly ablate the infected tissue on the inner wall of the fistula. The high temperature of the laser will cause the fistula tissue to shrink and close, and stimulate the healing of normal tissue, thereby achieving the effect of curing anal fistula. Since this method only acts on the inside of the fistula and does not damage the surrounding anal sphincter, it greatly reduces the risk of complications such as postoperative incontinence.
How long does it take to heal after a hemorrhoidectomy?
Summary. It can take four to eight weeks to recover from a hemorrhoidectomy, although you should be able to return to work in one to two weeks. During this time, you need to adjust your diet to avoid constipation and avoid activities (like heavy lifting) that can disrupt the surgical incision
Tips for Recovery:
Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps soften stools and prevent constipation.
High-Fiber Diet: Fiber-rich foods can make bowel movements easier and reduce straining.
Avoid Heavy Lifting: This can strain the area and slow healing.

Advantages
1. Maximum reliability, minimal side effects
2. 980 1470 are the most reliable equipment sof the market for laser assisted liposuction. They provide good absorption by adipose tissue and H2O, less swelling and fewer side effects as edema or pain.
3. Less bruising will appear as laser coagulates small vessels immediately.
4. Perfect treatment control while seeing the amount of energy in Watts.
5. Atraumatic and very fine cannulas: incisions are very small.
6. Effective minimally invasive alternative
7.Patients may experience quicker healing and less recovery time, reducing the required time for follow-up in the office. Laser contouring is a great option for patients who desire lower face and neck revitalization without the downtime of a face lift.
